William E. Zielke, Board Member has over 30 years in the automotive industry. Bill held several executive positions in General Motors and Delphi in manufacturing, sales and marketing, business planning, and M&A. In these assignments, Bill lived in Europe for four years and created acquisitions and alliances in Europe (incl. Russia), China, Middle East, ASEAN, and South America. Bill has served on the Board of Directors of a NASDAQ listed company and has also been an acting CEO of a Chinese company.
